Welcome Incoming Services & Welcome Beds is recruiting a Sales Support. The candidate will join our team located in the headquarter in Llucmajor.

He/she will be responsible of maintenance of:

– Support on business development of Offline and Online Travel Agencies
– Assistance to travel agencies with general queries
– Daily contact with clients by email and phone
– Monitoring and improving the production of key customers for the company
– Coordination with XML Clients Optimization and Product & Contracting teams
– Back office email maintenance
– Elaboration of Sales reports with comparatives
– High level of use of Office Package

Requisitos

Titulación mínima: Diplomado
Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años
Categoría profesional: Empleado
Residencia: Indiferente

– Good level of English and Spanish,
– Other spoken and written languages will be a plus
– Proven experience in similar position
– Team player with proactive attitude
– Good communication skills
– Flexibility and adaptability to changing and dynamic environment
– Customer focused
– Motivated and dedicated to achieving results and objectives
– Permanent residence in Majorca
